The composition presents a figure wearing a white hat, seated by a pond and with a background filled with lush dense foliage. The figure has a radiant glow, and is bathed in soft sunlight yellow that subtly illuminates her presence.

The artist has used a vivid palette of rich, earthy greens, blues, contrasting wonderfully with soft pastel hues.
