Depth is created using a vibrant contrast of colours as well as the colour gradient technique where the artist has used various hues of the same colour to highlight the respective forms.  The brushwork is expressive, with sweeping, gestural strokes, adding a dynamic feel.

This oil on canvas is housed in a complementary silver-painted wood frame. The painting is in excellent vintage condition, and the frame has minor scuffs.
