This panoramic and scenic view of nature presents a row of farmhouses surrounded by lush greenery in an open field.

Painted in beautiful rich earthy colours, this well-balanced painting that an equal weight of sky and land is enriched with a soothing aesthetic. There is an expressiveness in the way in which the artist has painted this scene – with short and swift brushstrokes confidently executed, leaving a smooth yet textured finish on the surface.

This oil on board is housed in a wide profile frame with an outer linen border. There is some very light scuffing to the right corner of the frame, but overall both the painting and frame are in excellent vintage condition.
