A very calming mid century landscape scene, painted in oil on to canvas.

The artist has used a restrained palette of blues and whites, giving this painting its very modern look and feel. There is a very distinct calming effect to the picture, achieved through the use of the cool blues and whites. The composition is also peppered with areas of green which have been carefully and seamlessly weaved into the areas of blue. The long road which trails off into the distance lead our eyes deep into the picture, absorbing our attention.

The painting is very well balanced and would make a very restful destination for tired eyes to rest upon.

This oil on canvas is housed in a complementary silver frame with an white inner border. Both the painting and frame are in excellent vintage condition.
