A restful and expressive large landscape composition  that invites us to immerse in the tranquil beauty of nature, executed in oil onto canvas and dated 1992.

As our gaze descends to the bottom half of the canvas, the composition unfolds with a captivating view where sprawling fields that stretch endlessly into the distance. The foreground is adorned with yellow fields, imbuing the scene with a sense of warmth. As the eye travels further back, verdant green fields give way to a lush forest. And dominating the top half of the canvas is an expansive blue sky.

The colour palette is rich and uplifting, and the artist’s expressive brushstrokes infuse the scene with movement and life, evoking a soothing quality.

This brilliantly executed large oil on canvas is is housed in a  dark grey frame with an inner gilt moulding. The painting is in excellent vintage condition, and the frame has very minor scuffs.
