The artwork presents a beautiful view of a vast yellow meadow and rolling hills that surround a coast. This nature landscape stretches into the distance, and in the middle of the painting, we can spot a row of trees and houses.

Rendered in an expressionist manner, the artist has used sweeping painterly and textured strokes that add a wonderful tactile quality, and the selection of rich autumnal colours imbue the work with a touch of warmth and an uplifting feel.

This large oil on board is housed in a complementary dark wood frame with an inner white window. There are some scattered age spots present across the painting and inner frame border, commensurate with its age. However, this does not not detract from its overall attractiveness and the work is in good vintage condition overall.
