Hard, angular lines in deep black contrast against the pops of colour on the figure’s features. The portrait is set against a charcoal background with visible drawing marks, drawing attention to the medium and the hand drawn nature of the piece.
This wonderful modernist portrait is framed behind glass, and is housed in a brown frame with visible grain that suits the piece perfectly. Please note that the second photo (where you can see us in the picture if you look closely!) is there to show the visibility of the glass.
