A vibrant and resplendent still life rendered in oil, painted in 1962. A nod to the Baroque, an array of fruit and a rococo style vase sit in front of a rich blue backdrop, complete with a framed painting to the top right of the picture.

This richly coloured oil painting is housed in an ornately moulded heavy gilt frame, with intricate detailing and a linen -lined slip within. There are some minor losses to the moulding on the frame. Overall the painting and frame are in very good vintage condition.
