All realistic details have been omitted in this semi-abstract painting, drawing our attention instead to painterly elements such as shape, form, brushstroke and colour.

Trees and rolling terrains have been reduced down to flat planes of contrasting pastel shades of greens, blues and orange, that imbue the work with an overall sense of softness.

This oil on board is in very good vintage condition. It is housed in a complementary grainy wood frame, that has some minor areas of paint marks.
