A framed painting of flowers hangs against a brick wall, and to the right a range of vessels sit on a table with their shadows cast against the wall behind them. The artist has not used the traditional and realistic angles, and has instead flattened the perspective and used multiple angles within the composition. The artist explores the formal elements of shape, line, colour and pattern to create this cubist composition.

This oil on canvas is housed in a complementary silver frame with an inner linen border. The painting is in excellent vintage condition, and there are minor scuffs present to the inner silver border of the frame.
