Executed in rich colours and confident brushstrokes, this artwork depicts 2 figures sitting by the ocean during sunset, admiring the fine spectacle and beauty of nature set before their eyes.

With areas of thick impasto creating texture and three dimensionality – the work is imbued with a strong sense of movement, as one can almost feel the energy of the waves crashing down.

This oil on canvas is in excellent vintage condition. It is housed in a thin off-white wooden frame that has some areas of marks and scuffs, which is very minor.
