Intentionally working with a limited colour palette comprising varying tones of brown and grey as well as a punch of green, our attention is brought to focus on colour and brushstrokes.

Through the use of short and expressive brushstrokes, the artist displays his painterly skills – leveraging qualities of the shading technique as well as creating an effective colour gradient transition to capture the play of light on the objects’ surfaces, highlighting their three-dimensional qualities wonderfully as well as to demonstrate depth to the painting.

This oil on canvas is housed in a complementary slim wood frame.  The painting is in very good vintage condition. The frame has some scuffing.
