The artist has flattened and simplified the respective forms, reducing them down to contrasting shades. Working with a modernist ethos in mind, he has intentionally chosen not to focus on realistic details, and has played with shape, line, colour and form to create a sense of depth and space.
This oil on canvas is housed in a complementary wood frame with an inner silver window. Both frame and painting are in excellent vintage condition.
