This lovely and bright early morning scene of a marina is a 20th century gouache and watercolour painting on paper. The artist’s quick and soft brushstrokes give this painting a ‘freshness’ and a lightness which perfectly encapsulates the feeling of being by water – the saltiness in the air, the calming sound of water as it swashes against dry land.

This painting is unframed and is in good vintage condition.
