Two figures can be seen strolling down a pathway, as rows of houses and lush greenery fill the rest of the painting.

A muted earthy colour palette of reds, browns and greens have been used, capturing the warmth of this neighbourhood.

The artist displays his painterly skills – applying dabs of thick paint swiftly onto the canvas to create a raw textural effect and instilling the work with an energetic feel.

This oil on canvas is in excellent vintage condition. There is some surface paint loss to the edges of the frame (as shown in the images), but this suits the overall vintage style of the painting.
