The artist has used an array of contrasting colours and painterly multidirectional brushstrokes to create depth in the painting.

There is a softness and aura of calm to this painting which the artist has achieved through the use of multiple elements such as the muted pastel colour palette,  as well as the smooth transition from the land, still waters to the sky.

This oil on canvas is in very good vintage condition. It is housed in a complementary brown wood frame with a linen lining that has some minor age marks.
