The artist has used blocks of colour in broad, expressionist brushstrokes to create the composition of the hilly formation. The combination of forms in bright, non-representational colours gives this painting is fun and playful quality.
The painting is housed in a wide profile distressed frame with an inner gilt border. Both painting and frame are in very good vintage condition.
